This building will be one of the first buildings in the city of New York certified according to the “Passive House Institute” standards, the first organisation in the world founded in the 1980s in Germany to define standards for the construction of highly energy-efficient buildings. The project has 10 residential units and won the 2019 Building of Excellence Competition award as the best residential project in NY state.
